Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment
- Current Food Handler Card and RBS certified
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule availability
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests during events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet bar area
- Interact with guests to provide exceptional service and enhance their experience
- Verify identification to ensure compliance with alcohol regulations
- Collaborate with banquet staff to efficiently coordinate beverage service
- Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
