Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in event coordination or related sales environment
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle materials and equipment setup
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Must comply with company policies and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in event coordination, sales environments, or community engagement
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with community leaders and partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends for events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move equipment during events
Job Duties
- Identify and secure hyperlocal events that support Optimum’s growth strategy
- Develop partnerships with community stakeholders to secure event opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to create market event calendars
- Coordinate event logistics including staffing, setup, branding, and materials
- Provide on-site leadership and ensure smooth event operations
- Facilitate sales leads through event execution and customer engagement
- Schedule, track, and report event performance metrics and insights
