Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in event coordination or related sales environment
  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle materials and equipment setup
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Must comply with company policies and guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in event coordination, sales environments, or community engagement
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with community leaders and partners
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Availability to work nights and weekends for events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move equipment during events

Job Duties

  • Identify and secure hyperlocal events that support Optimum’s growth strategy
  • Develop partnerships with community stakeholders to secure event opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create market event calendars
  • Coordinate event logistics including staffing, setup, branding, and materials
  • Provide on-site leadership and ensure smooth event operations
  • Facilitate sales leads through event execution and customer engagement
  • Schedule, track, and report event performance metrics and insights
