Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and move continuously on hard surfaces
- Flexibility to bend, climb, crawl, and stoop as needed
- Capability to work in environments with temperature extremes
- Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and member-focused attitude
- Regular, predictable, full attendance required
Job Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
Job Duties
- Pull merchandise from pick list using RF handheld scanner
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
- Communicate inventory, equipment issues, and expired or short-dated items
- Collaborate with team for merchandise replenishment from reserve area
- Ensure timely order picking to meet productivity requirements
- Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures
