Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous office experience of 3 years or greater
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and think quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year background/criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Generates and processes reports from AIMS as directed by Scheduling checklist at the time the checklist specifies
  • Learn and interpret Federal Aviation Regulations as they apply to Omni Air International
  • Create and file written irregularity reports when crewmembers are not able to perform assigned duties
  • Determine if crews are available for Ad Hoc trips proposed by Marketing
  • Create and monitor pilot and flight attendant ground duties and flight duties according to FARs and company policies
  • Distribute crew schedules to individual crewmembers as well as publish notifications of any changes from their original schedule
  • Audit Per-Diem requests
  • Submit authorized Per-Diem forms to payroll
  • Provide assistance as needed to Manager of Crew Scheduling
