Job Requirements

  • Must have at least two years of culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
  • Currently authorized to work full time in the United States
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Strong culinary skills in various cooking methods
  • Experience managing kitchen staff or projects preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Certification in culinary arts (preferred but not required)

Job Duties

  • Prepare food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
  • Clean and maintain kitchen area
  • Oversee progress and development of kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen projects and special events
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure kitchen operates efficiently and safely
  • Supervise kitchen operations in absence of Team Lead
