Job Requirements
- Ability to be on feet continuously during shift
- Capability to perform twisting, bending, and stretching of torso
- Ability to walk briskly between kitchen and dining areas
- Willingness to work on floors that may have grease or water
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of guest check procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests according to established procedures
- Clears, cleans, and prepares tables for guests
- Maintains supportive technology such as telephone, headsets, and electronic devices by charging as needed, storing correctly, and reporting problems and low inventory
- Acknowledges guests entering and leaving restaurants and establishes a positive first and last impression
- Conveys strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Portrays an exemplary image
- Knows and understands guest check procedures
- Keeps the host area, wait area, and restrooms clean, organized, and supplied
- Helps clean dining area
- Exhibits a positive attitude
- Performs other duties as assigned
