Job Duties
- Cleans and sanitizes all items brought to the dish area
- returns clean dishes, tumblers, pans, crocks, buckets and utensils to their proper place
- removes the full bus tubs of dirty dishes from the pizza, sauté, and bar areas and replaces them with clean tubs
