Job Requirements
- minimum two years hosting experience preferably in hotel or upscale establishment
- ability to lift 15-45 lbs
- ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal authorization to work in the US
- adhere to professional appearance standards
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to follow resort standards of presentation, grooming, body language, and verbiage
- ability to work cohesively with other employees
- ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- ability to handle workplace safety and emergency procedures
- ability to work without constant supervision
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and unobtrusive manner
- manage and confirm reservations and waitlists
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
- communicate effectively with guests, management, and other staff
- anticipate and address guest needs and concerns
- monitor dining room and bar areas to ensure high service standards
- handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
