Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 - 3 years experience in food and beverage within an upscale restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate proficiently in English
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- capacity to perform basic math calculations
- ability to work well in a team environment
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols
- ability to remain calm and courteous in difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- set up all condiments, bread, plates, trays prior to service
- ensure an adequate supply of white and black folded linen
- deliver all food orders in a timely manner
- review all tickets prior to leaving the kitchen
- deliver items as noted on the ticket without auctioning food at the table
- offer condiments and necessary utensils to guests
- serve food from the left and beverages from the right
- clear used silverware and vacated tables quietly and efficiently
- monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues, informing a manager if necessary
- assist servers, bussers, and chef as needed
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage and work areas
- follow all safety and emergency procedures
- adhere to resort’s standards of appearance, communication, and professionalism
