Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 - 3 years experience in food and beverage within an upscale restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • set up all condiments, bread, plates, trays prior to service
  • ensure an adequate supply of white and black folded linen
  • deliver all food orders in a timely manner
  • review all tickets prior to leaving the kitchen
  • deliver items as noted on the ticket without auctioning food at the table
  • offer condiments and necessary utensils to guests
  • serve food from the left and beverages from the right
  • clear used silverware and vacated tables quietly and efficiently
  • monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues, informing a manager if necessary
  • assist servers, bussers, and chef as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage and work areas
  • follow all safety and emergency procedures
  • adhere to resort’s standards of appearance, communication, and professionalism
