Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of prior food and beverage or customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, luxury hospitality etiquette, and fine dining preferred
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Basic math skills required, including ability to accurately handle guest checks and process payments
  • Completion of required training as scheduled
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • must be able to learn and operate restaurant technology efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Ability to read and interpret service standards, safety protocols, and operating procedures
  • Must be fluent in English for communication with guests and team
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • California RBS certification
  • Valid food handler's card required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
