Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of prior food and beverage or customer service experience required
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, luxury hospitality etiquette, and fine dining preferred
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills required, including ability to accurately handle guest checks and process payments
- Completion of required training as scheduled
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- must be able to learn and operate restaurant technology efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Ability to read and interpret service standards, safety protocols, and operating procedures
- Must be fluent in English for communication with guests and team
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative service team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- California RBS certification
- Valid food handler's card required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
