Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant experience including drink preparation
  • Current beverage service certification or other certifications required by federal, state, or local law
  • Must meet the state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
  • Experience with TOAST POS system preferred
  • Positive, engaging personality with a professional appearance
  • Strong basic math and computer skills
  • Confident mixologist with experience serving beer and wine
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
  • Keen attention to detail with knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and maneuver safely on uneven surfaces
  • Flexible schedule required with availability for extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in keeping with Old Tucson standards and recipes
  • Create classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, creativity, and consistency
  • Verify guest identification and age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages
  • Make drink suggestions and recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep stations, utensils, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar, supporting inventory control, restocking, and assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Accurately process transactions through POS and handle cash responsibly
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and quality regulations, as well as alcohol service laws
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences
