Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant experience including drink preparation
- Current beverage service certification required by federal, state, or local law
- Must meet the state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
- Experience with TOAST POS system preferred
- Positive, engaging personality with a professional appearance
- Strong basic math and computer skills
- Confident mixologist with experience serving beer and wine
- Ability to perform well under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Keen attention to detail with knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Must be able to walk, stand, and maneuver safely on uneven surfaces
- Flexible schedule required with availability for extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in keeping with Old Tucson standards and recipes
- Create classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, creativity, and consistency
- Verify guest identification and age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages
- Make drink suggestions and recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep stations, utensils, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar, supporting inventory control, restocking, and assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Accurately process transactions through POS and handle cash responsibly
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and quality regulations, as well as alcohol service laws
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences
