Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in keeping with Old Tucson standards and recipes
  • Create classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, creativity, and consistency
  • Verify guest identification and age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages
  • Make drink suggestions and recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep stations, utensils, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
