Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensure bartenders have clean towels, plasticware, and other necessary materials
- Maintain bar stock including ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- Check taps and appliances to ensure proper functioning
- Restock and change out kegs as needed
- Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles
- Learn and memorize menu items and recipes
- Store delivered items properly
