Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage service management
  • ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems and related software
  • capability of standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to fifty pounds
  • willingness to work five days a week including weekends
  • willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
  • CPR and AED certification or willingness to obtain

  • basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and financial reporting
  • strong communication skills in English
  • supervisory experience
  • ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
  • CPR and AED certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • Communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • assist in management and operation of the facility for daily use
  • assist in purchasing, inventory, and merchandising of products and food and beverage items for resale
  • open and close the facility ensuring building security and participant clearance
  • supervise designated areas and monitor reservations and rentals
  • supervise part-time staff shift scheduling if assigned
  • enforce facility rules, regulations, and policies
  • listen and respond to participant concerns and complaints
  • operate point-of-sale terminal and job-related software effectively
  • handle cash accurately and prepare daily financial reports and deposits
  • work five days a week including weekends if needed
  • render aid as needed including administering CPR and using AED
  • perform other assigned work
  • stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift equipment and objects up to fifty pounds
