Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service management
- ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems and related software
- capability of standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to fifty pounds
- willingness to work five days a week including weekends
- willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
- CPR and AED certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations
- assist in management and operation of the facility for daily use
- assist in purchasing, inventory, and merchandising of products and food and beverage items for resale
- open and close the facility ensuring building security and participant clearance
- supervise designated areas and monitor reservations and rentals
- supervise part-time staff shift scheduling if assigned
- enforce facility rules, regulations, and policies
- listen and respond to participant concerns and complaints
- operate point-of-sale terminal and job-related software effectively
- handle cash accurately and prepare daily financial reports and deposits
- work five days a week including weekends if needed
- render aid as needed including administering CPR and using AED
- perform other assigned work
- stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift equipment and objects up to fifty pounds
