Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- prior experience in retail or related field with inventory management and supervisory duties
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- current or obtainable CPR/AED certification within six months
- current or obtainable ABC certification within six months
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
- availability to work five days a week including weekends if needed
- compliance with drug and alcohol testing as a safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- experience in retail including inventory management and supervisory roles
- proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems and computer software
- CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within six months
- ABC certification or ability to obtain within six months
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations
- assist in management and operation of the facility for daily use
- assist in purchasing, inventory, and merchandising of products and food and beverage items for resale
- open and close the facility as needed ensuring building security
- supervise designated areas and monitor reservations and rentals
- supervise part-time staff scheduled shift if assigned
- enforce facility rules, regulations, and policies
- listen and respond to participant concerns and complaints
- operate point-of-sale terminal and personal computer with job-related software
- conduct daily business including cash handling and preparing financial reports and deposits
- work five days a week with weekend flexibility
- render aid as needed including administering CPR and using AED device
- perform other work as assigned
