Job Requirements

  • fluent in Spanish and English
  • willingness to complete intensive FAA-certified flight attendant training
  • ability to pass Spanish fluency tests in reading, writing, and speaking
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and on-call
  • strong communication skills
  • good physical fitness to meet safety requirements
  • valid work authorization for the location

Job Qualifications

  • fluent in Spanish and English
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • ability to translate complex safety and medical information
  • excellent customer service skills
  • certification or training in safety procedures is preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including day, night, weekend, and on-call

Job Duties

  • translate key safety announcements for Spanish-speaking passengers
  • assist Spanish-speaking passengers during boarding
  • perform all standard flight attendant safety and service duties
  • provide translation assistance during emergencies
  • help Spanish-speaking passengers with deplaning and connections
  • participate in all crew briefings as the Spanish-speaking representative
  • support other crew members with communication needs
