Job Requirements
- fluent in Spanish and English
- willingness to complete intensive FAA-certified flight attendant training
- ability to pass Spanish fluency tests in reading, writing, and speaking
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and on-call
- strong communication skills
- good physical fitness to meet safety requirements
- valid work authorization for the location
Job Qualifications
- fluent in Spanish and English
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- ability to translate complex safety and medical information
- excellent customer service skills
- certification or training in safety procedures is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including day, night, weekend, and on-call
Job Duties
- translate key safety announcements for Spanish-speaking passengers
- assist Spanish-speaking passengers during boarding
- perform all standard flight attendant safety and service duties
- provide translation assistance during emergencies
- help Spanish-speaking passengers with deplaning and connections
- participate in all crew briefings as the Spanish-speaking representative
- support other crew members with communication needs
