Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver safely in and out of a 3-foot deep pit
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in hot and cold weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be willing to work early hours and occasionally up to 55 hours per week
- Must have basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer operating skills
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to understand and manage financial information
Job Duties
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members
- Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll
- Controlling inventory by conducting End of Period and End of Year inventory
- Placing product orders and restocking inventory
- Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget
- Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
- Supporting crew with oil changes and light maintenance services
- Changing motor oil and replacing oil filters
- Providing excellent customer service
