Job Duties
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
- Follow instructions from executive or sous chef
- Clean up station and manage leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure food quality, timing, and simultaneous output
- Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Maintain positive and professional interactions with coworkers and guests
