Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of FOH restaurant management experience
  • Title 4 liquor certification
  • Food handler’s certification
  • Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Extensive beer knowledge
  • Strong emphasis on guest relations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Maintain inventory levels and purchasing
  • Ensure operational standards and goals are met
  • Manage all daily paperwork
  • Oversee development and growth of employees

  • Understand guest needs and exceed their expectations
  • Implement strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
  • Maintain safe working conditions
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash, property, products, and equipment handling
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to meet revenue objectives
  • Schedule and oversee staff departments
