Job Requirements
- Two or more years of FOH restaurant management experience
- Title 4 liquor certification
- Food handler’s certification
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Extensive beer knowledge
- Strong emphasis on guest relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Maintain inventory levels and purchasing
- Ensure operational standards and goals are met
- Manage all daily paperwork
- Oversee development and growth of employees
- Ensure team understands job expectations
- Understand guest needs and exceed their expectations
- Implement strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash, property, products, and equipment handling
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to meet revenue objectives
- Schedule and oversee staff departments
