Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hosting role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain friendly and professional under pressure
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and manage waiting lists as necessary
- Provide menus and answer initial guest questions
- Seat guests at tables or waiting areas while balancing table rotation
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond to guest complaints and assist in resolving them
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with other restaurant positions as needed
