Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED graduate
- ServSafe Certification required
- Basset Certification required
- Current and valid driver’s license and means of transportation required
- Ability to handle stress under pressure
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Be fluent in menus for events, both food and beverage
- Execute proper steps of service to execute exceptional service
- Walk guests through menu to answer any questions and assist with any necessary accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions
- Listen intently to guests and be aware of body language to properly tailor the service experience
- Check back with guests about each dish and beverage and refresh beverages as needed
- Be thoroughly familiar with event menu and specials including ingredients, cooking techniques, and plating
- Take instruction from Event Captain and follow through
- Tolerate potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
- Verbally communicate calmly and positively with kitchen and service team and event host to ensure timely execution of events and quality of service
- Assist Catering Captain with any special guest requests
- Assist with load out and load back in at home locations
- Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Stand or walk a minimum of 8 hours as needed
- Hold ServSafe and Basset Certification
