Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years recent office administration experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • dependable and self-motivated work ethic
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • flexibility to adapt to organizational changes
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Two years recent office administration experience with good work references
  • effective communication skills with emphasis on courtesy and professionalism
  • strong telephone and interpersonal skills
  • demonstrated analytical abilities
  • excellent computer skills including Excel and Word

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and handle busy phone system
  • route calls and respond to requests and questions
  • coordinate logistics for meetings, tours, and lunches
  • support crew communications and programs
  • receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • maintain inventory of office supplies and company apparel
  • prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
  • perform general office-accounting duties and assist various departments
  • maintain scheduling and calendars for conference rooms
  • handle confidential information
