Job Requirements

  • Current resident of the state of Wisconsin
  • Possession of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least one year of experience working in an office
  • Basic knowledge of related computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Intermediate knowledge of fax machines, scanners, and printers
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds as needed

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in word processing and data entry
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to maintain records, files, and store items systematically
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide front desk coverage to include breaks, vacations days, sick time, and time away for meetings
  • Process WisGO transactions as needed
  • Organize and restock mailroom, front desk, and lobby areas
  • Sort and distribute all incoming faxes and mail
  • Monitor inbox to complete Preadmission Screen and Resident Review (PASRR)
  • Monitor inbox to complete Critical Incidents process
  • Create pre-formatted monthly newsletter for Office for People with Disabilities
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned
