  • Experience working in a business setting utilizing Google Suites or Microsoft products
  • Experience constructing spreadsheets and using database management systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to deliver presentations to an audience
  • Experience creating and maintaining systems of organization

Job Duties

  • Receive and transfer telephone calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Receive, screen, and distribute mail for the facility
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the administrative office area to ensure security
  • Use procurement and contracting procedures including small purchase credit cards and travel expense cards
  • Complete and submit travel vouchers in accordance with regulations
  • Process certified mailings by completing forms, labeling envelopes, copying documentation, and delivering mail to the post office
  • Provide administrative support to the General Administration Coordinator
