Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 plus months prior work experience
- Ability to work assigned hours as determined by the manager
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Capable of maintaining professional appearance and attitude
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to operate office machinery
- Physical ability to lift or move packages up to 40 lbs frequently
- Flexibility to work variable schedules and hours

Job Duties
- Provides 5-star customer service to all employees in all forms of communication
- Answers all calls and provides an exceptional customer service experience for visitors
- Assists with light facilities duties such as troubleshooting tickets and ordering supplies
- Receives and sorts inbound mail and inputs data into chain of custody software
- Manages outgoing mail and package transactions
- Performs shipping and receiving duties
- Notifies employees upon receipt of deliveries
- Distributes mail and packages to personnel
- Assists with office moves
- Helps with copy and print orders and monitors equipment functionality
- Sets up and takes down conference rooms for meetings and events
- Proactively seeks additional work during downtime
- Builds professional relationships with customers and teams
- Maintains professionalism when interacting with employees
- Trains backup personnel and provides guidance on policies
- Handles sensitive inquiries with appropriate support
- Provides reception or concierge coverage as needed
- Ensures exceptional customer service to clients
