- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional

Job Qualifications

- Ability to handle confidential information

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
- Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of an employee-owned culture
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to unbox and load crates, stock inventory and supplies
- Ideally live in Omaha or the Greater Omaha Area
Job Duties
- Oversee vendor meal drop-off and delivery to meeting coordinator
- Maintain inventory levels and purchasing needs for soda and other beverages
- Assist meeting coordinators with catering logistics in the building as needed
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of meetings and large events when necessary
- Order and deliver beverages, and provide setup for select events
- Stock all kitchens daily, including unloading dishwashers where needed
- Maintain SharePoint catering site
- Field questions from food vendors
- Field requests and assistance needs from meeting coordinators
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens
- Maintain cleanliness of event supplies, coffee urns, and catering kitchen
- Restock supplies as needed
- Occasionally work evenings to support events, meetings, or other organizational activities
- Reliable and predictable attendance is required
- Demonstrate a personable demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Have reliable transportation to get to and from work
