Job Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

Greet clients and visitors and manage the reception area
Answer and route incoming calls
Sort, distribute, and send mail and packages
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Scan, copy, and manage documents
Monitor and restock office supplies
Prepare and manage conference rooms
Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
Assist with office maintenance coordination
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
