Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • experience with office machines including facsimile, high speed copier, multi-line phone and 10 key calculator preferred
  • excellent customer service and client focused skills
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • detail orientated and ability to follow directions and procedures
  • ability to prioritize calls and visitors
  • ability to work independently to follow directions and procedures
  • ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • capable of safely lifting up to 25 lbs as needed

Job Duties

  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail including accounts receivable bank drops
  • file, fax, scan, print and assemble documents
  • assist with entering office expenses including fed ex, messenger services, invoices
  • perform possible travel for package pick-ups and drop-offs via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and food orders as needed
  • provide reception coverage by greeting clients, answering office phones, and receiving and delivering documents to clients
  • ensure training rooms, conference rooms, and overall office space is clean and organized
  • assist in the setup or breaking down of tables, furniture, etc
  • schedule meetings and appointments and prepare conference rooms
  • assist with onboarding tasks and workspace readiness
  • order and stock office supplies, stationary and breakroom supplies including coffee, soda, snacks
  • perform additional responsibilities as needed
