Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of janitorial experience
- must have valid driver's license

- 1-3 years of janitorial experience
- 1-3 years of previous office and mailroom experience preferred
- detail-oriented and reliable team player
- basic knowledge of mailroom and office procedures
- effective communication skills at all management levels
- excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- ability to meet deadlines while handling several priorities
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- proficient in Outlook and computer literate
- ability to operate basic office machines
- valid in-state driver's license
Job Duties
- Perform janitorial maintenance on floor 18 and 19 including La Villita
- take direction from manager and Lead OSA
- distribute internal mail, UPS, FedEx, and hand-delivered packages
- act as primary liaison for catered events including after-hours events
- process outgoing mail including certified mail and use postage machine
- stock conference room refrigerators, coffee bars, printers, and copiers
- stock and maintain office supplies
- set up conference rooms including reconfiguring furniture for meetings
- pick up weekly supply orders from local vendors
- serve as backup to the corporate receptionist
- back up Lead Runner with daily bank runs and errands including deliveries and pick-ups to law, insurance, city, and state offices
- pick up VIPs at hotels and airports
- check women's restrooms stock and clean executive restrooms
- tidy employee lounge and balconies
- clean and sanitize conference rooms, tables, and chairs
- clean entrance windows and glass doors
- clean carpet spots as needed
- pick up trash and recycling daily
- clean up employee emergency spills on request
- drive company or personal vehicle for company business
