Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- High school diploma, associate's degree or administrative training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn property management software and Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet and assist tenants, visitors and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff
- Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general questions
- forward to the property manager as needed
- Provide administrative support to property management team, including filing, data entry, receiving and distributing mail and preparing reports
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Support office management functions by maintaining supplies inventory and ensuring a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer experience
