Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
  • High school diploma, associate's degree or administrative training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn property management software and Quickbooks
  • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist tenants, visitors and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general questions
  • forward to the property manager as needed
  • Provide administrative support to property management team, including filing, data entry, receiving and distributing mail and preparing reports
  • Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments
  • Support office management functions by maintaining supplies inventory and ensuring a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer experience
