Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional appearance and positive attitude
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM or dealership software
  • ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • ability to occasionally lift light office materials up to 15 lbs
  • flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • direct guests to appropriate departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance)
  • maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to staff
  • assist with basic customer inquiries or direct calls appropriately
  • perform data entry and maintain customer records as needed
  • assist with filing, scanning, and document organization
  • support dealership staff with clerical tasks and special projects
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • process payments and issue receipts accurately
  • balance cash drawer and assist with end-of-day reporting
