Job Requirements

  • prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred
  • strong communication skills

  • comfort with learning new systems and tools

  • ability to work full time onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

  • serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and providing support to field and administrative staff
  • place orders for office and operational needs including vendors such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Publix
  • reserve and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external gatherings
  • learn and utilize YourSix to manage building access including issuing new access cards
  • coordinate catering and lunch orders for meetings, trainings, and special events
  • sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • oversee FedEx shipments including tracking packages, confirming deliveries, and sending followups
  • prepare and send apparel or branded items upon request
  • manage parking validations for employees and visitors
  • maintain inventory and place orders for shirts, safety vests, magnets, decals, and other office or field materials
  • support office environment through basic cleaning and upkeep duties
