Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and providing support to field and administrative staff
- place orders for office and operational needs including vendors such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Publix
- reserve and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external gatherings
- learn and utilize YourSix to manage building access including issuing new access cards
- coordinate catering and lunch orders for meetings, trainings, and special events
- sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- oversee FedEx shipments including tracking packages, confirming deliveries, and sending followups
- prepare and send apparel or branded items upon request
- manage parking validations for employees and visitors
- maintain inventory and place orders for shirts, safety vests, magnets, decals, and other office or field materials
- support office environment through basic cleaning and upkeep duties
