Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  • schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
