Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to branch operations as needed
  • welcome and greet on-site clients or consumers
  • notify appropriate staff of visitor arrivals
  • keep office space tidy and presentable for guest meetings and functions
  • ensure the lobby or reception area is tidy and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues
  • manage and monitor supplies in employee common areas
  • assist with organizing meetings, lunches, and other events as needed
  • answer incoming calls professionally, transfer calls to appropriate staff, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries about the company or services
  • handle mail and deliveries including sorting, distributing incoming mail and packages, preparing outgoing mail, and arranging courier services
  • perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
  • complete other duties as assigned
