Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails promptly
  • manage appointment scheduling for staff and maintain calendar availability
  • perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required
  • maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
