Job Requirements

  • prior office or clerical experience preferred

  • proficiency with telephone systems and office equipment

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for production facility
  • coordinate clerical activities such as bookkeeping, timekeeping, and filing
  • interact professionally with employees and external representatives
  • operate telephone console to place and receive business calls
  • manage records and plan cost reduction programs
  • review office workflows, documents, and processes for accuracy
  • take direction from executive management to assist in organizational needs
