- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly and accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area ensuring it reflects a professional image
- Assist in managing office supplies including ordering and restocking as needed
