Job Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience in administrative or receptionist capacity
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Present professional image by wearing appropriate business attire
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedure including bookkeeping, timekeeping, filing, requisition of supplies
  • Interact in a courteous and professional manner with employees and representatives of other organizations, both internal and external to the company
  • Operate telephone console to place and receive business related calls and messages
  • Manage records and plan cost reduction programs
  • Review office workflows, documents, and processes for accuracy
  • Take direction by executive management to assist in organizational needs
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Write, type, or enter information into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages with each department
  • Stamp, sort, and distribute mail
  • Proofread records or forms
  • Perform variety of clerical duties
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time
