Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in receptionist or administrative support role
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- punctuality and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- additional certification in office administration is a plus
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously
- manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
- perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- provide information to clients, staff, and visitors as needed
