Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
