Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Available to work strictly on-site in Houston, TX

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Provide information to clients, staff, and visitors as needed
