Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Proven experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service position
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment
 - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel

 - Maintain an organized front desk and office area, ensuring cleanliness and presentation
 - Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain inventory
