  • Proven experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
