Job Duties

  • Greet and direct all visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean and organized manner
  • schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks
  • provide support to various departments as needed
  • ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
