Job Duties

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Support project billing and ensure timely and accurate invoices
  • Assist with basic accounting records and documentation
  • Create and manage projects in the engagement system
  • Track project benchmarks timelines and deliverables
  • Support multiple offices with project related coordination and communication
  • Assist teams with administrative aspects of project setup and tracking
  • Support daily office operations and handle a variety of administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including ordering food and supplies
  • Run occasional errands such as FedEx/UPS drop-offs and pickups
  • Provide general support for ad hoc and oddball office needs as they arise
