Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Proficient with Facebook and social media platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours around class schedule
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and guide student employees
- Eligible to work up to 20 hours per week
- Must be a graduate student
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- One year of customer service experience in a business with a reputation for first-class customer service
- Proficient with Facebook and other social media platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership or managerial experience
- Current or previous involvement with on-campus clubs or organizations
- Clear and succinct writing skills for social media communication
Job Duties
- Delivers the HPU experience through various mediums including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and social media while enhancing the opinion and advocacy of the university
- Collaborates with members of the Campus Concierge Team while working independently at any of the Campus Concierge locations, or remotely
- Covers HPU Facebook Parent Group customer service
- Collaborates with various departments to ensure a positive and quick resolution to issues and concerns
- Executes multiple projects and job functions with efficiency
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner
- Ability to focus on details and prioritize tasks
- Manages team of student employees, offers guidance in difficult situations and steps in when needed, assists with resolving any issues, with difficult situations, prioritizes student tasks and maintains constant communication with the team when acting at the "Manager on Duty."
- Perform other duties as assigned
