  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive office
  • ability to lead and manage staff effectively
  • strong communication skills
  • experience in scheduling and event coordination
  • proficiency in relevant software applications
  • capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information

Job Duties

  • Manages and coordinates office workflow and administrative support staff
  • monitors performance
  • provides training
  • fosters teamwork
  • addresses personnel issues including disciplinary actions
  • plans and executes department and organizational events including town halls and leadership functions
  • supports executive-level logistics
  • oversees departmental operations including procurement and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and furnishings
  • may manage budgetary responsibilities
  • supports leadership with complex scheduling, travel coordination, event planning, and meeting logistics
  • provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support including reception, correspondence, research, and preparation of agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
