Job Duties
- Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative procedures
- maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events
- manage incoming calls, correspondence, and office communications
- support accounting tasks such as invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
- maintain company records, files, and documentation systems
- assist with HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and office policies
- coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
- support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
