Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative procedures
  • maintain office systems, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
  • coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events
  • manage incoming calls, correspondence, and office communications
  • support accounting tasks such as invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
  • maintain company records, files, and documentation systems
  • assist with HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and office policies
  • coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
  • support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
