Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in construction management or administrative assistant roles preferred
  • proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • strong customer service background desired
  • detail oriented
  • ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • must be available to work in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in construction management or as an administrative assistant
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
  • effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational office tasks
  • maintain organized filing and office systems
  • manage facility-related activities and vendor interactions
  • monitor certificate of insurance (COI) expiration dates and follow up on updates
  • review COIs for accuracy and completeness
  • manage and update the master warranty log with descriptions and dates of warranty work
  • coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and relevant staff to ensure warranty issues are addressed in a timely manner
