Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in construction management or administrative assistant roles preferred
- proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- strong customer service background desired
- detail oriented
- ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- must be available to work in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in construction management or as an administrative assistant
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- strong customer service skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
- effective communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily administrative and operational office tasks
- maintain organized filing and office systems
- manage facility-related activities and vendor interactions
- monitor certificate of insurance (COI) expiration dates and follow up on updates
- review COIs for accuracy and completeness
- manage and update the master warranty log with descriptions and dates of warranty work
- coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and relevant staff to ensure warranty issues are addressed in a timely manner
