Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience with front desk responsibilities and administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to schedule meetings and manage logistics
  • Experience handling mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing front desk operations especially in a large public sector project environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Vendor coordination experience

Job Duties

  • Handling front desk responsibilities for client co-location site including checking in/out guests
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Schedule meetings and provide logistics support including catering and other orders
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams including data entry, scheduling support, and filing
  • Assist with vendor coordination, facilities requests, and office supplies inventory
  • Support project leadership with their logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or client-related information
